Pronouns and Word Neutrality

The news that big corporations will stop using the term “Chairman” and replace it with a gender-neutral term got me thinking as to whether I’m too unwoke (or too woke? because I’m not sure what “woke” means).

The same words can mean different things even in countries that use the same language. For instance, the word “cunt.”

In America it can mean female genitalia or it can be used as a disparaging and obscene term for a woman herself.  Referring to a man as a cunt makes no sense.

However, in Britan the word means a very unpleasant or stupid person who can be male, female or perhaps event transgender.

As part of my effort to become gender neutral, I will begin referring to all assholes as cunts regardless of how they identify.  Please join me.
